Once we have received your cancellation request, we will process it within 24 hours. If you have already paid for the service, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Refunds
We offer refunds for services that are returned within 1 day of the purchase date. To return service, please email us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and reason for return.

Exclusions
The following services are not eligible for cancellation or refund:
- Services that have already been delivered or started
- Services that are custom-made or personalized
- Services that are sold at a discounted price
